This crowd-pleasing pasta salad combines al dente rotini with fresh mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes, and zesty Italian dressing for the perfect potluck dish or summer side.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 8 oz Italian dressing
  • 16 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente (8-9 minutes)
  • Drain and rinse under cold water
  • Toss warm pasta with half the dressing
  • Add tomatoes and mozzarella
  • Mix in remaining dressing
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving
