- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Optional: 2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup diced jalapeños, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup corn kernels
Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
