- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Zucchini: Wash and dry the zucchinis. Cut off the ends and slice into sticks.
