Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp 21-25 count, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the Boom Boom Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • For Garnish:

Sliced green onions

  • Sesame seeds
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
 

Make the Sauce:

  • Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Refrigerate while preparing shrimp

Prepare Breading Station:

  • Bowl 1: Mix flour with seasonings
  • Bowl 2: Beat eggs
  • Bowl 3: Place panko breadcrumbs

Bread the Shrimp:

  • Dredge in seasoned flour
  • Dip in beaten egg
  • Coat with panko breadcrumbs

Fry the Shrimp:

  • Heat oil to 350°F
  • Fry 2-3 minutes until golden
  • Drain on paper towels

Assemble:

  • Drizzle with boom boom sauce
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
  • Serve immediately

Notes

  • Pat shrimp completely dry before breading
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when frying
  • Make sauce ahead for better flavor
  • Keep oil temperature consistent
