For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp 21-25 count, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the Boom Boom Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- For Garnish:
Make the Sauce:
Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice
Whisk until smooth
Refrigerate while preparing shrimp
