  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce e.g., Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Cook and shred the chicken, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the Flatbread: Spread buffalo sauce over the flatbread. Layer with shredded chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella and blue cheese.
