- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 cup grated Colby Jack cheese for topping

- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
