- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Lower the heat under the skillet, add Alfredo sauce to the chicken, and heat gently.
