Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • Sauté the Vegetables: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  • Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer: Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
