Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Hot Honey Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

For the Bowls:

  • 2 cups rice uncooked
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges
  • Optional: cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package directions
  • Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients:
  • Mix honey, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce
  • Stir until well combined
  • Set aside
  • Prepare chicken:
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high
  • Cook chicken:
  • Add chicken to hot pan
  • Cook 6-8 minutes until golden
  • Pour sauce over chicken
  • Cook 2-3 minutes until glazed
  • Assemble bowls:
  • Layer rice
  • Add hot honey chicken
  • Top with veggies
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and lime
