- 2 lbs chicken breast cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Hot Honey Sauce:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
For the Bowls:
- 2 cups rice uncooked
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 avocado sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh lime wedges
- Optional: cilantro
Cook rice according to package directions
Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients:
Mix honey, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce
Stir until well combined
Set aside
Prepare chicken:
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high
