- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese red pepper flakes, balsamic glaze
Preparation: Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends, about 2-3 inches from the bottom.
