Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Whisk in heavy cream
  • Mix in half the cheddar and seasonings
  • Layer cauliflower rice, onions, garlic in baking dish
  • Add chicken and broccoli
  • Pour cream sauce over top
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
