Ingredients
  

For the Ribs:

  • 2-3 pounds turkey ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple juice for wrapping

For the Rub:

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne optional

Instructions
 

Prep Ribs (5 mins)

  • Pat ribs dry with paper towels
  • Brush with olive oil
  • Mix rub ingredients
  • Apply rub generously

Heat Grill (5 mins)

  • Preheat to medium-high (375°F)
  • Clean and oil grates
  • Create dual-zone setup
  • Initial Sear (10 mins)
  • Place ribs on hot side
  • Sear 5 minutes per side
  • Look for good grill marks

Wrapped Cook (30-40 mins)

  • Wrap in foil with apple juice
  • Move to indirect heat
  • Cook until tender

Finish & Glaze (10 mins)

  • Unwrap carefully
  • Brush with BBQ sauce
  • Grill until sauce sets

Notes

  • Internal temperature should reach 165°F
